NEW RIDER EXPERIENCE
It is important that you arrive 15 minutes before your first ride. This allows us time to make your first visit stress-free. We need time to have you sign a waiver, and get you properly set up on the bike If you are a new rider and you don’t arrive at least 5 minutes early, unfortunately we will have to re-schedule your first ride.
FUEL UP FOR
Hydrate before, during and after class. Our studios are equipped with filtered water stations for you to fill up your water bottle, but we also sell water if you forget yours. Avoid eating a large, heavy meal before your ride. We recommend a light snack before.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire: a tee, tank, or long-sleeve and form-fitting leggings or shorts.
Yourself, WATER, and a rockin’ attitude! We’ve got the rest covered. A sweat towel will be waiting for you on your bike and we’ve got everything you need in our locker rooms with showers.
You will need SPD clip-in shoes to ride at Full Pedal. You can bring your own, or you can rent ours for $2 (*first visit free). For the safest and most efficient ride, clipping in is required. We do not have cages on our pedals.
You are in for a great ride! From the minute you walk through the door you will be greeted by our amazing staff and welcoming community of riders. Full Pedal is a non- judgmental, non-intimidating environment. EVERYONE is welcome at FP! We encourage your journey with no judgment. Listen to your body and go at your own pace. We are here for you, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
