FIRST RIDE QUESTIONS

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SHOES?

We provide them for free during your initial class and only charge $2 per class thereafter. Of course, if you prefer, you’re more than welcome to bring your own shoes. Our pedals are SPD compatible.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Certainly! We offer showers in both our Men’s and Women’s facilities, complete with towels, toiletries, and cubbies for your convenience to store your belongings.

DO I NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED RIDER TO PARTICIPATE?

Absolutely not! Full Pedal classes are inclusive and cater to all fitness levels. Indoor cycling is versatile and can be tailored to your abilities. You control your pedal resistance and speed, and our skilled instructors will guide you to your best effort. There are no restrictions or prerequisites and each rider decided their level of intensity during each ride.

DO I NEED TO BRING WATER?

It’s highly recommended to have water with you on the bike. You can bring your own or we have a convenient water filling station within the studio. We also offer bottled water for purchase.

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

You’re encouraged to consume a small snack around 30-45 minutes before your class. Remember the importance of staying hydrated—make sure to drink water before, during, and after your class.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We suggest opting for comfortable exercise clothing, such as a T-shirt or tank top paired with leggings, or shorts.
